Frequently asked questions
Can I use the spa without staying at the hotel?
Yes – that is exactly what the Day Pass is for. Book online or by phone, then check in at the spa reception on level −1.
What do I need to bring?
Just your swimwear. A robe, two towels, slippers and toiletries are in your locker. The sauna area is textile-free, with a sauna sheet.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit. After that, you can exchange your visit for a voucher of the same value.
Are children allowed in the spa?
The pool is open to families until 11:00. The sauna area and relaxation room are for guests aged 16 and over all day.
Can I add a treatment on the day?
Yes, if there is availability. At weekends we recommend booking your treatment in advance together with your Day Pass.
